I work with couples and individuals to offer a confidential, calm, and non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. Everyone is welcome in my counselling room, I support people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship structures. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, emotional difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, this is a place where your experiences will be heard and respected.
Exploring What’s Beneath the Surface
As your therapist, we’ll work together to approach difficult conversations in a constructive and compassionate way. Many couples and individuals find that misunderstandings and emotional hurts build up over time — often becoming "lost in translation." Our sessions create room to untangle these moments, understand what’s really happening underneath, and begin to rebuild connection. We may explore how past experiences are influencing your present patterns, and we’ll also look ahead to how you want things to feel different in the future.

My role in providing relationship support through integrative therapy isn’t to direct you toward a particular outcome. Instead, I support you in feeling empowered, informed, and in control of your therapeutic journey. Together, we’ll shape the pace and focus of the work so it feels right for you.

Following your first session, we’ll have a clearer understanding of your needs and goals. From there, we can decide on the most helpful way forward — whether that’s a set number of couples counselling sessions or a longer‑term therapeutic approach.
