Your initial appointment is your opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, agreed outcomes and to decide if you would like to continue with me as your therapist.
Each therapeutic journey is unique, we will work this out together but coming with a commitment to change will normally result in fewer sessions needed.
It is not unusual for clients to attend as an individual to try and understand relationship patterns and what they would like for future relationships.
Each session in £75 for 60 minutes. I offer a concession rate which can be discussed during our initial discussion.
